Where does the admin time actually go?+
The admin that disappears is manual status chasing, re-keying parts usage, and paper sign-off sheets. Status updates happen when the technician closes the job on their phone, parts come off stock automatically, and the signature is captured on the work order itself. Run your own before-and-after during the trial — the time log is on every work order.
Do technicians need accounts?+
Technicians need a paid seat — they're the ones executing work orders, logging parts, and completing PMs. Operators and Requesters (the people who submit issues and raise tickets) are always free, no seat cap.
Can we customise the work order form?+
Yes. Every work order field is configurable per asset type — so a forklift inspection can ask different questions than a chiller service. Custom fields, required-step logic, and per-site variants are all supported without writing code.
What about compliance forms (LOLER, PAT, F-Gas)?+
