Welcome to AssetOS. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AssetOS's software-as-a-service platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
AssetOS offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current pricing is available on our website. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Free trials may be offered at our discretion. At the end of a free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. To request a refund, contact us at hello@assetos.io within 30 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are not available for renewals or add-on services.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service, excluding scheduled maintenance. However, the Service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily interrupts service. We will provide advance notice when possible, typically via email or in-app notification.
Support is provided via email at hello@assetos.io. Response times vary by subscription plan. Support is provided in English during business hours (9 AM – 5 PM GMT, Monday – Friday).
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain all rights to the data and content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect Your Content. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of Your Content. We are not liable for any data loss.
You may export Your Content at any time through the Service's export features. Upon termination, we will retain Your Content for 30 days before permanent deletion.
The Service, including its design, code, features, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by AssetOS and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use them without compensation or attribution.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund for the remaining time in your billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, use the Service in a way that causes harm or liability, or provide false or misleading information.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. We may delete Your Content after 30 days.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASSETOS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR £100 IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE ANY PAYMENTS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AssetOS and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your Content.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at hello@assetos.io to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in courts located in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
The Service is operated from the United Kingdom. If you access the Service from outside the UK, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, or Switzerland, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). See our Privacy Policy for details on your rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AssetOS regarding the Service. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
