Run maintenance for all your clients from one login.
For businesses that run maintenance on behalf of other companies. Every client gets its own workspace, with its own locations, users, work orders, vendors and reports. Nothing crosses from one client to another.

# nothing crosses between them
Built for people who run maintenance for someone else
You don't turn the spanner. You run the admin: the requests, the vendors, the schedule and the paperwork. Each client usually contracts with its vendors and pays them directly.
Facilities operations businesses
You coordinate requests, vendors and preventive maintenance for clients with several locations, often remotely or as their part-time facilities team.
Maintenance coordinators and consultancies
You keep the schedule, chase the vendors and write the report. The client signs off and pays the bills.
IT and asset consultancies
You keep the asset register and the change record for several clients, while their vendors do the hands-on work. Each client needs its own clean record.
Do your own technicians do the work under an SLA? AssetOS for service providers is built for that.
How it works for each client
The same three steps for every client you take on. Pick the client, and you're working in their workspace.
Set up the client
Their workspace, their locations, and the people who raise requests. If they keep assets in a spreadsheet, import it as it is.
Run the work
Requests come in from each location. You line up the vendor, track the job to done, and keep preventive maintenance on schedule.
Report to each client
Service history and reports built from that client's data and nothing else. Send them what they need for the monthly review.
Your clients' data never mixes.
The first thing a client asks is whether the other companies you work for can see their data. They can't. This section is written so you can send it to them.
Every client has its own workspace
Locations, users, work orders, vendors and reports all live in the client's own workspace. The separation is built into how AssetOS stores data. It is not a filter over a shared list.
No client can see another
People at one client can't see, search or report on anything that belongs to another client. Each report draws on one client's data only.
The client always sees who has access
Your team is listed in the client's team list, marked as a partner, so the client knows exactly who works on its account. The data belongs to the client and is never mixed with another client's.

Everything you need to run the admin side
Built for coordinators, not technicians: requests, vendors, schedules, history and reporting, kept per client.
Priced with our first partners, not before them.
We're setting partner pricing with the first businesses in the programme, so there isn't a price list here yet. Tell us how many clients you run and how big they are, and we'll quote on the call, before anything is set up.
One thing is already fixed: people who only raise requests are free, as on every AssetOS plan.
Questions partners ask
Are my clients' locations, users, work orders, vendors and reports kept separate?
Yes, completely. Each client's data lives in its own workspace, and no client can see another's.
Can my client see my access?
Yes. You're listed in the client's team list as a partner. You manage the account, and the client can always see who has access to its data.
Can client locations send general requests that aren't tied to an asset?
Yes, through the service desk. Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, a door that won't lock: a request doesn't need an asset attached.
Can clients upload photos and follow a request without seeing my internal notes?
Yes. Requests accept photos, clients can follow the status of what they raised, and any note can be marked internal.
Do I have to do the repair work myself?
No. The programme is for businesses that run the admin side. Your clients keep contracting and paying their vendors directly. You coordinate, and the record lives in the client's workspace.
Can I manage several unrelated client companies from one login?
That is what the programme is for, and it's coming soon. We're opening the partner login to early partners first. Until then, we set up each early partner and their clients with you directly.
Which plan do partners need?
We're setting partner pricing with our first partners, so there isn't a price list yet. Tell us about your clients in the application and we'll recommend a setup on the call, before anything is set up.
Why apply instead of signing up?
Every early partner is set up by hand, with the person who builds the product. Places are limited while we do that. If you run maintenance for a single company, the free trial is the faster route.
Join the early partner programme
We're taking a small number of partners while we set each one up by hand. Tell us about your business and your clients. The reply comes from someone who builds the product.
- Every application read by the founder
- A short call first. Nothing is set up until it fits
- Pricing agreed with you before you start
