Yes. SysAid supports CSV/Excel exports of assets, tickets and lists, and has an API. Hand us the exports or API access and we map everything into AssetOS for you — you don’t have to figure out the field mapping yourself.

What happens to my SysAid tickets?

We map them to AssetOS work orders, preserving status, history and key fields. Open items stay open; closed items come across as history so your audit trail stays intact.
